EVS Property — catalogue for AI assistants

A Model Context Protocol server with the live catalogue of EVS Property Group, a real-estate agency in Benalmádena (Málaga, Spain): homes for sale, long-term rentals and new-build developments in Málaga city, on the Costa del Sol and across Málaga province. It lets an AI assistant search listings with exact filters, open a listing's full details and tell the user how to contact the agency. Every answer links to the listing page on evsproperty.com, where the user sees photos and sends an enquiry.

Connect

Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile apps): Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the server URL. Leave the OAuth fields empty.

ChatGPT (plans with developer mode / custom connectors): Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create → paste the server URL, authentication “No authentication”.

Typical flow: the assistant calls search_properties, shows a few matches with their links and the search_url with all matches on the website, then calls get_property for the listing the user likes and get_contact_options when the user wants to visit or ask a question.

Tools

All tools are read-only (readOnlyHint: true, destructiveHint: false), have no side effects and never send messages or store anything about the user.

`search_properties` Search EVS property listings	Exact filters: place names in any language or spelling (municipality, district, urbanisation), buy or rent, new builds only, property types (apartment, penthouse, villa, townhouse, plot…), price, bedrooms, bathrooms, built and plot area, features (sea views, pool, garden, parking, lift…), keywords in the listing text, sort order, user language. Returns the number of matches, up to 10 listings and a link to the same search on the website. With no matches it suggests which filter to relax.
`get_property` Get an EVS listing	Full details of one listing by reference (e.g. R5251546) or URL: description, features, sizes, fees, year built, energy rating, photos, listing page and the agent in charge.
`list_locations` List places covered by EVS	Municipalities and areas of Málaga province with the number of homes for sale, for rent and new builds in each.
`get_contact_options` How to contact EVS	Office address, opening hours, phone, WhatsApp, email, languages spoken and the contact page; with a reference, the agent and enquiry form for that listing.

Languages for titles and links: es, en, ru, de, fr, nl, sv, no, pl. Prices are in euros; rents are per month. Listing links carry utm_source/utm_medium parameters so the agency can count visits from AI assistants.

Troubleshooting

“Couldn't connect” / 405 in a browser: the server URL only accepts MCP requests (HTTP POST). Opening it in a browser is expected to fail; this page is at the root of the host.
No results: the assistant receives a note explaining which filter to relax (price, bedrooms, place). Place names not in Málaga province return a hint to call list_locations.
“No active EVS listing”: the listing has been sold or withdrawn; search again for similar homes.
Too many requests (429): the server allows about 10 requests per second per address; retry after a moment.

Limitations

Coverage: Málaga province and the Costa del Sol only. Holiday rentals are not included.
Listing data comes from the agency's database and partner agencies and is refreshed every hour; availability and final price are always confirmed by an EVS agent.
The server cannot book viewings or send enquiries: the user does that on the website, by phone or by WhatsApp.

Data & privacy

The server asks for no personal data and needs no account. For each tool call it logs the tool name, the search filters, the number of results, the response time, the client application (from the User-Agent header) and the caller's IP address with the last part removed (e.g. 203.0.113.0). The log is used only for operating and improving the service and is deleted after 90 days. It is not shared or sold.
